B133 Terms and Conditions – Official Platform Guidelines

1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and b133 ("Platform", "We", "Company"). This document governs all aspects of your use of the b133 platform, including the official website at b133.fun, mobile app, and all services provided by us.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or using any b133 service, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all other policies published on our platform, including Privacy Policy and policy Responsible Gaming.

B133 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically to ensure you remain in compliance with the latest version in effect.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use the b133 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged at least 18 years of age on the date of registration.
• Is an individual acting on their own behalf, not on behalf of another person.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on the b133 platform. Holding multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a serious violation that may result in the termination of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances without prior warning.

3.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. This includes your full name, date of birth, phone number, email address, and any other requested details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

3.2 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. b133 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence. Contact our customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

The Know Your Customer (KYC) process is mandatory before the first withdrawal is processed. Documents that may be requested include a copy of a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or passport, proof of current address, and any other documents required by our compliance team.

4 Deposit & Payment Methods

B133 supports a variety of payment methods commonly used by players in Malaysia. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and credited to your account instantly upon payment confirmation.

4.2 Deposit Limits

4.3 Currency & Exchange Rates

The b133 platform operates in MYR. Any transactions involving foreign currency will be subject to the current exchange rate set by our payment processor. b133 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by banks or third-party financial service providers.

5 Withdrawal of Winnings

B133 is committed to processing your withdrawal of winnings quickly and efficiently. However, all withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a bank account registered under the same member's name.
• Any bonus still within its wagering requirement period cannot be withdrawn.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 30 or as per the limits set for the relevant payment method.
• B133 reserves the right to request additional documents before approving a withdrawal for compliance and fraud prevention purposes.

5.1 Processing Time

Under normal circumstances, withdrawals are processed within 15 to 60 minutes. However, withdrawals requiring additional compliance checks may take up to 24 hours. b133 is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party financial service providers.

6 Bonuses, Promotions & Loyalty Program

B133 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in each respective offer, as well as the following general rules:

6.1 Wagering Requirement

Every bonus credited to your account must be "wagered" a specified number of times before the bonus funds or winnings derived from those funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirements are stated in the terms of each promotion. Failure to meet the wagering requirements within the stipulated period will result in the bonus and related winnings being automatically forfeited.

6.2 One Bonus Per Offer

Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per member, unless otherwise stated. Attempts to claim the same bonus more than once using multiple accounts or different payment methods will be considered bonus abuse.

6.3 Bonus Cancellation

B133 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. If there is evidence of bonus abuse, system manipulation, or fraudulent activity, b133 reserves the right to void all related bonuses and winnings and close the accounts involved.

7 Game Rules & Betting

All games available on b133 — including slots, live casino, sports, wagering, and esports betting — operate using certified software that has been verified by independent third parties. Game results are final and cannot be appealed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error.

7.1 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure, service disruption, or system error during a game session, b133 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and refund the wagered amount to the member's account. No winnings will be paid for rounds affected by a confirmed technical failure.

7.2 Betting Limits

Each game has minimum and maximum betting limits set by the respective game provider. b133 may also impose additional betting limits on specific accounts at our discretion, particularly for accounts displaying unusual betting patterns.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The b133 platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• Registering more than one account (multi-accounting)
• Using automated software or scripts (bots) to play or place bets
• Manipulating the system or exploiting bugs in the game software
• Collaborating with other players to gain an unfair advantage (collusion)
• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process
• Using another person's credit card or bank account to make deposits

11 Account Termination & Suspension

B133 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Identity verification failed or false information was found
• Suspected fraudulent activity, collusion, or money laundering
• Self-exclusion request by the member themselves
• Orders or directives from the relevant authorities

Members may also close their own accounts at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any valid balance in an account closed at the member's request will be refunded once all compliance requirements have been met.

12 Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law

B133 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
